These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cv4 platform. By registering and using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and cv4 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all access to and use of the cv4 website, including all products, services, software, games, and content made available through cv4.lat. These T&C are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement and should be read alongside this document.
cv4 reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current T&C.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cv4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you are using cv4 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these T&C.
These T&C apply to every product and service offered by cv4, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games. Use of any individual product or feature on the platform is subject to these general T&C as well as any product-specific rules communicated within that product section.
2Eligibility
To register and use the cv4 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. cv4 reserves the right to request documentation verifying eligibility at any point during registration or continued use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the platform.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
- You must not be accessing cv4 from any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on the cv4 platform or any self-exclusion scheme applicable to online gambling.
- You must register only one personal account. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3Account Registration and Security
To access cv4's products and services, you must create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform. cv4 is not liable for any loss or issue arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication detail with any third party. cv4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must provide a valid mobile number that is registered in your own name. This number is used for account identification and payment verification.
- You must not use automated means, scripts, or bots to create or operate a cv4 account.
- cv4 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being declined.
- cv4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these registration conditions, without prior notice and without liability to pay out any remaining balance pending investigation.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
cv4 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). cv4 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their payment provider.
All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. cv4 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Typical processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are within 5 minutes; however, cv4 does not guarantee specific processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount will be communicated within the player's account dashboard.
- Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may lead to account suspension.
- cv4 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these T&C.
- Winnings derived from exploiting technical errors, malfunctions, or software bugs are not valid and will not be paid out. cv4 will correct any such error and may void related wagers.
- All funds held in a cv4 player account remain the property of the player and are held separately from cv4 operating funds.
5Bonuses and Promotions
cv4 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and minimum odds restrictions. Players must read and understand the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.
- Bonuses credited to a player account cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
- cv4 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress by a player will be honoured under its original terms.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in forfeiture and account review.
- cv4 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the bonus system.
6Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cv4 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any winnings associated with the prohibited conduct will be voided:
- Using any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, betting bots, or algorithmic tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or betting results.
- Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
- Deliberately exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
- Registering as a minor or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
cv4 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity. Any account found to be engaged in money laundering or criminal conduct will be reported and balances will be frozen pending investigation.
7Responsible Gaming
cv4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are available from within the player account dashboard. cv4 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively to keep their gaming activity within healthy limits. cv4 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. 8Intellectual Property
All content on the cv4 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of cv4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, transfer, or sell any content from cv4 without the prior written permission of cv4. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the platform is permitted solely for the purpose of using cv4's services in accordance with these T&C.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv4, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the cv4 platform, even if cv4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cv4 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While cv4 uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform secure and operational, temporary downtime, technical issues, or interruptions in game availability may occur and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims against cv4.
10Amendments and Termination
cv4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where material changes are made, cv4 will endeavour to notify registered players via the platform or by email where contact details are available. Your continued use of cv4 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request closure of your account.
cv4 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any player account at any time, with or without notice, if cv4 reasonably believes that a player has breached these T&C, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon termination for breach, cv4 may withhold balances pending investigation. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
